Montana is beautiful, not every one can afford to buy a house for $200,000 when they retire.

Townsend,Mt. is the least expensive place to retire.

Connyon ferry lake,28 miles to Helena capitol,5 mi. to Townsend stores. 45 minutes to Bozeman low taxes.

You can buy a place for under $100,000. If you are on a fixed income you can not afford $200,000 or $300,000.

In Montana you are not on top of every one...its the Big Sky country .
