Florida is definitely the best state to retire in. With such a high population of retirees, the state of Florida knows how to cater to the needs to such a demographic. Northern states are a pain with the winter months: too much snow and freezing cold weather.

Florida, on the other hand, offers a wonderful climate to relax in any time of the year! It’s no secret that Florida has often topped published lists of the best places to retire to in the United States.

The southern states have a more laid back pace than other states in the US, perfect for those who have retired and are no longer in the “rat-race” of day to day life.

You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy everything Florida has to offer, as well as making the most of your retirement! Have grandchildren? What young child wouldn’t long to visit their grandparents who live in Florida? With attractions such as Sea World, Disney World, and Universal Studios, your grandchildren will love to visit and share these amazing experiences with you! Another perk: attractions like these often offer discounts just for residents.

Florida has great rates on housing, so not only will you love living here, you will be able to afford it! Who wouldn’t love a beautiful, affordable house in a great climate, with wonderful attractions and water views just a short drive away? Florida is the United States own little slice of paradise, why not enjoy your piece of the slice?

Look out Florida!

With the weather being so bad in the midwest you may have an influx of snowbirds!
